We help you find the right vet faster by triaging urgency and searching verified databases, but we do not provide veterinary diagnoses or treatment plans. We search multiple real-time data sources to provide verified information: Google Places API for business listings with addresses, phone numbers, and ratings; Yelp Fusion API for detailed reviews, price levels, and categories; and web search for additional clinic details, specialties, and availability. All information comes from live databases, not pre-generated content.

You get 1 free session when you sign up -- no credit card required. Each chat session (which can include multiple messages in a conversation) costs 1 credit. Additional credits are available in bundles: 5 credits for $5, 15 credits for $15, or 30 credits for $30. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
